MY NEW EGG TABLE !!! --- 2ND time around

Just built my 2nd EGG table, this time it's for my house.  I only have one question.....should I stain the butcher block top or simply seal it?  The color is beautiful and I don't want to risk changing it.  Opinions please!!!!  Hope you like.....still have a few touch ups but couldn't wait to show it off.
