Hello all,
long time forum follower, first time poster.
I am wanting to build a table for my BGE Lg and had a couple of questions for the collective wisdom of the group. I got a Large BGE for Christmas from my lovely wife this year. The package that she got came with the nest, but i need some prep space for most of my cooks. I would really like to build a outdoor prep area with a housing for my egg. My preference would be to have a large stationary counter with some storage space, but i'm concerned about the lack of portability for the egg. I have at times had to reposition the egg to account for wind or rain, which is an easy thing to do on a paved patio with the nest. Has anyone had any issues building a stationary table (without casters) limiting the airflow into the egg. Would it be best to build a table around the egg using the nest on the paved patio or is this a solution in search of a problem.
Thanks in advance for any advice
