I went back and forth for years over what to do to house my XL and MiniMax. Drew up elaborate wooden tables. Tables with stone veneer and stainless steel hardware. Outdoor kitchens and many other things. I figured I move too much to justify a kitchen (8 times over the last 13 years), so why not splurge on a high quality stainless steel table. This met all my needs and holds all my accessories (including the JoeTisserie) as well as stuff for my Blackstone. Looking forward to many years of use.
