Hey everybody,
I finally finished the table for my new large egg. I got busy with work so it took longer than it should have. I still need to add a few hooks to keep things in place, but it's finished enough to cook on.
So far, I've only done a pork butt and tri tip, but I'm really happy with the egg. I've been using a UDS for awhile, but the egg has it beat, hands down.
Thanks for all the tips. I've already learned a lot from you guys.
