Im in the design phase right now. It's cold here in MN so I have time to make tweeks to my design. I am doing more of an outdoor kitchen, not on wheels. Also it's going to have a tin roof. Going for the cool old BBQ shack look. I'm gonna make it out of barn wood too. My main question is; should I put a chimney with flex pipe that goes to the top of my egg? I'm thinking over time I might get a build up on the ceiling from the smoke. If i can figure out how to post my drawings I will. It's going L shaped 10 ft. by 5ft on the right side. I can't wait to get started!!! I'm also leaving room for a cut out for a small. It will have lights and outlets built in too. I'm planning on doing a complete thread on the build when I start sometime in March.
