My setup with pics

Just started egging this year.  New house with new baby, I told myself I wanted to start cooking.  My wife and I ate out a lot.  Love cooking outside and the Egg has really brought something out of me.  Been meaning to post for awhile now.  Bought my large first and decided I wanted more.  What really pushed me into the XL is I was planning  a built in bbq and gas grills are pricey.  It made more sense to spend the money on something I will use.  I now use both the large and xl.  Sometimes together.   I hired some local masons to build me a concrete counter on brick with stucco.  I stained and sealed the top after they were done.
